My Role

Endothelial Cell Culture:

Successfully cultured and maintained blood-brain barrier (BBB) endothelial cells to study the molecular interactions affecting brain injury progression.

Western Blot & Gel Electrophoresis:

Led protein extraction and detection efforts to investigate protein behavior under experimental conditions, employing  Western blotting and electrophoresis methods to gain insights into brain injury pathways.

Data-Driven Experimental Design:

Applied data analytics to fine-tune experimental conditions, ensuring the precision and reproducibility of results across multiple experiments.

Cross-functional collaboration: 

Worked closely with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, coordinating efforts to balance experimental design, execution, and analysis within tight project timelines.
